Shipping Policy
Orders are produced through a made-to-order manufacturing process. Because each item is individually produced, please allow 5–7 business days for manufacturing and production before shipment.
Once production is complete, orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Customers should allow up to two (2) weeks total delivery time from the date the order is placed.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- shipping carrier delays
• destination location
• holidays or peak seasonal demand
A4TRUTH is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
Order Processing
All A4TRUTH products are manufactured upon order.
Production typically requires 5–7 business days before shipment. Once shipped, orders will be delivered according to the carrier’s standard delivery schedule.
Customers should allow up to two (2) weeks total delivery time from the date the order is placed.
Order confirmation emails will be sent once your order is successfully received.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom manufacturing and handmade nature of A4TRUTH products, all sales are final.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions and sizing information prior to placing an order.
International Shipping
A4TRUTH ships to customers internationally where shipping services are available.
International orders may be subject to:
- customs duties
• import taxes
• local processing fees
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers should consult their local customs authority for additional information regarding import fees.
A4TRUTH is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers may request an exchange.
To request an exchange:
- Email contact@a4truth.us
- Include clear photographs of the damaged or defective item
- Include your order number
Once the issue is reviewed and verified, A4TRUTH will arrange a replacement of the item.
Requests for damaged item exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
A4TRUTH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the package is transferred to the carrier.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
- check with household members or neighbors
• verify the shipping address used during checkout
• contact the shipping carrier directly to open a delivery investigation
A4TRUTH may assist customers in contacting the carrier when possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Address / Reshipment Policy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
If an incorrect shipping address is entered during checkout and the order has already been processed or shipped, A4TRUTH cannot guarantee that the shipment can be modified or redirected.
If an order is returned to A4TRUTH due to:
- incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• failed delivery attempts
• refusal of delivery
the customer may request reshipment of the order. Additional shipping fees may apply.
A4TRUTH is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information provided during checkout.
Payment & Chargeback Policy
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to A4TRUTH’s policies including shipping timelines, order processing terms, and final sale conditions. These policies form part of the purchase agreement between the customer and A4TRUTH.
Customers agree to contact A4TRUTH directly at contact@a4truth.us to resolve any order issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with A4TRUTH may result in the customer being restricted from placing future orders.
A4TRUTH reserves the right to provide all relevant order information, shipping confirmations, tracking records, and policy acknowledgments to financial institutions in response to payment disputes.
